Exam timeline and key developments
The Class 10 examinations were held from March 6 to April 4, 2025, while Class 12 exams concluded on April 9, following the rescheduling of the Business Studies paper due to a paper-related irregularity. The Class 12 practicals took place from January 9 to February 8 for regular candidates and February 1 to 8 for private students.
Post-result details
The marksheets released online will serve as provisional documents. Original certificates will be distributed by schools at a later date. Students dissatisfied with their marks can file for re-evaluation or rechecking within two weeks of the result declaration. The re-evaluation fee is Rs 300 per subject.
Those who fail in one or two subjects will be allowed to appear for supplementary examinations, tentatively scheduled for September 2025. The supplementary exam fee is Rs 600 for regular subjects and Rs 100 per subject for practicals.
